We are different from all the other staffing companies because we are focused on quality
and not quanity. Our talent pool of candidates is created by personal referrals from our customers
and employees. We do much more than a resume review before we accept anyone into our talent database.
A resource cannot be added to our talent database until they meet the quality control criteria that
we have established. This includes a thorough review of their job history, at least one professional
reference from an existing Wi-Finity customer or Wi-Finity employee and successful answers to our
proprietary behavioral response questionnaire.
