Wi-Finity, Inc. is a Minority Owned and Woman Owned Business with over 30 years of
demonstrated excellence in providing wireless, telecommunications, logistics and IT services.
Wi-Finity, Inc offers a broad range of services including network design, implementation,
construction, staffing and logistics. We provide wireless support services in the U.S, Caribbean,
Africa and South American markets. We have over 30 years of experience working with many carriers,
including AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Clearwire, BTL (Belize), CCT (British Virgin Islands)
and Etilsat (Nigeria). Our scope of services includes complete turnkey support from Vendor Selection
to Engineering Design to Site Acquisition/Site Construction to Network Implementation and Integration.
We also have expertise in billing, roaming and project controls.
Wi-Finity, Inc. is focused on the needs of our clients and how we can continue to grow our
business to support their needs. By constantly evaluating our services portfolio against
our core competencies, we determine how we can provide additional value added services for
our existing and future customers. As a result, Wi-Finity has added staffing
services and logistics/material management (Freight Broker) to our existing portfolio.

About our Owner
Wi-Finity, Inc is a State of Maryland Corporation that was founded in April 2009. Wi-Finity is a MBE and WBE business.
Wi-finity's leadership team has held key roles in many diverse areas of business including; IT, Engineering, Construction,
Real Estate, Finance and Business Development.
Since 2009, the time it was founded, Wi-Finity has continued to grow its wireless consulting and
engineering business year over year. This growth has resulted in a broader scope of services being offered,
more diverse groups of clients and an increase in revenue. Annual revenue has continued to increase each year,
